I would really appreciate some opinions from you guys as to what are the best floatation suits and what aren’t worth the money, I’m basically looking for a suit for boat fishing. Are one piece better than two piece what are the advantages? Thanks

this forum aint no use mate, get onto the world sea fishing forum tackle section and do a search, by the way, the fladens are excellent, one of the few suits to be commercially approved! whilst your on there have a look at your regional area forum and get in with the fishing and banter on there!

Thank for restoring the faith in fishermen ! Was starting to think that they were tacking this secrecy stuff a bit too seriously. This forum has gone down hill in the last year, bit too clickie now!! Speak to you soon on the other site

I`ve owned a Fladen expert floaty for the last five years and it has worn well. Will definately keep you warm, dry and safe.I only use it in the harshest of conditions because it is a little bulky for shore fishing and can restrict your movement slightly. That said though it is well worth the price you have found it for, although I would recommend the two piece over the one piece for versatility ie. you can remove the jacket when you get a bit warm etc.
Other floaties worth looking at are the Sundridge mk2, mk5 and the Entec

Spence has got it spot on, the two piece is far better than the one piece for the reasons he has mentioned
