Whats a good pattern of float for allround worm and pellet fishing on the deck in water up to 5ft for mixed bags of carp, tench, f1s and decent skimmers?

What are the carpa floats like for durability nowadays? Its just that i stopped using them after the original carp patterns I had fell apart easily and took on water because of a flimsy paint finish.

HB Shindig or Nick Gilbert Wire Decker as its silmilar to the chimps

Another vote for the Shindig, you can fish anything on them even paste.
The most versatile float i have ever used.

Strangly enough I was using the Wire Decker today fishing worm, maggot and soft pellet!

It is fitted with a slighty thicker wire than the Chimp and is not as easy to bend out of shape and it will cope with tow better.

I’ve been using the carpa gent for silvers & mixes venues, especially on worm, but I wouldn’t use them if I was specifically after carp
