I managed to brake my Fox MSB Euro box!!!!!!!! 18 stone of me falling over on a mega side tray something had to give. The back leg bracket snapped off so with only 3 wheels on my wagon i called Fox to see what i could do about it. I was told i could buy a new base plate or send in the broken one for repair(F.O.C). So last Thursday i posted of the broken plate, this morning a knock on the door and postie was there with a parcel from Fox my base plate back. Now thats what i call customer service. I must add i am still delighted with my new box ( i had only used it twice) and the product is top notch backed up by that kind of service well done Fox.
