        Could clubs and the E.A offer free fishing and licences for the first month of the year to get more people involved in fishing .

        If they find it interesting enough then they may continue to fish and boast the number ‘s over the coming year .

        A bit of a taster session. 😀 They may get hooked 😎

        Not a lot to lose but much to gain !

        Even run it again later in the year if it works.
