  On this match on Thursday .. Can anyone give me any info eg/ where I need to draw .. what bait I need .. what can I expect to catch etc.

  You can qualify off just about all the lakes and most pegs. Pellet/caster shallow will get you a good weight from most places except Beeches(in the bowl) and Loco where it will be method feeder or pellet waggler. If you draw Bonzai small method upto an island works well but if it is in reach with the pole use that.

  No not this year Lloydy, a young kid(19) who joined the club last year wanted to fish it so i sorted out the application for him and gave him an envelope with the address on the front (he doesn’t get any magazines but reads mine when i’ve done with them). All he had to do was sort a stamp and a cheque and send it off. A week or so after entry closed he told me he hadn’t bothered as it was a week day and couldn’t get his Dad to give him a lift. T*S**R
