G/B MIX for Gudgeon

I know its a rare request on here but does
anyone have a tried and tested mix for gudgeon.
I remember years ago we used to use an additive
called picardie and a g/b called baitex 91 which
was brilliant for gobies.

Blimey, Picardie, that is a long time ago. If you could still get it, I bet it would still work, can’t remember what we mixed it with though, I can’t remember last week never mind 30 years ago!!!
Isn’t there a Sensas Gudgeon groundbait now.

I think they use a very similar ingrediant to Picardie in the Sensas Gudgeon black. I use this grountbait with fine roach 50/50 in the winter, its spot on when its a bit hard.For gudgeon alone maybe you could just use Sensas black and damp leam or even molehill soil to get it on the bottom quick.

years ago..use to use gudgeon black with sensas black magic….another trick was to stir the bottom…once they are having a good feed up 25-30 gudgeon to the maggot…
