        Bridge Outer (15 pegs)
        1 N Speed, Middy Dynamite, 70-4-0; peg 35
        With the carp proving elusive for many anglers on this Tuesday match, Skimmers were the target for most anglers. The winner was Nick Speed who fished shallow and on the bottom using luncheon meat at 13m to catch mainly skimmers in his 70lbs net.
        2 P Massey, Bag-up, 51-4-0; peg 25
        Paul Massey took second place also with mainly skimmers, but caught using pellet and corn at 7m on the pole.
        3 G Mumby, Triana North, 40-12-0; peg 55
        Gary Mumby used chopped worm and caster to catch a nice mixed net of fish and third spot.

        1 I Temple, Retford, 38-6-0; peg out 58
        Weights were down on the previous week, with carp not feeding in numbers skimmers were to prove a good target for most anglers.
        Ian Temple did find a few feeding carp which he caught using paste on the pole at 6m over feed pellets and his 38-6-0 proved enough to win today’s veterans match.
        2 B Buckley, Maltby, 35-2-0; peg out 7
        Brian Buckley fished the pole at 8m on the deck using 6mm expander pellet over feed pellet and netted all skimmers to take second place overall.
        3 A Beresford, MAP Leegem, 30-6-0; peg out 42
        Arthur Beresford fished on luncheon meat at varying depths to finish a close third with a mixed net of fish.
        4 P Topham, Hallcroft, 28-2-0; 4 R Smith, Notts AC, 28-2-0;

        1 P McIntyre, Doncaster, 134-12-0; peg 60
        Many anglers who chose to watch England play instead of fishing the match today will be disappointed as the fishing proved much better than the football. Paul McIntyre came out on top with a great net totalling 134-12-0 of mainly carp using corn and paste to the margins.
        2 S Barraclough, Maver Barnsley, 125-14-0; peg 64
        Steve Barraclough edged the close second place by just ounces as he too netted a ton plus weight of carp which he caught shallow and also from the margins late on.
        3 R Abbs, Hallcroft, 125-8-0; peg 25
        Experienced veteran Ray Abbs used catmeat on the pole at 6m and took third spot with a nice net of carp and bream.

        1 K Cresswell, Tuxford, 108-10-0; peg B Isl 14 (Notts)
        Another tight finish in this Saturday open split between Bridge and Croft with only one carp separating the top three anglers. Kev Cresswell on Bridge Island 14 got the verdict with 108-10-0. He used corn and pellet at 6m and in the margins for 10 carp to 8lb and 40lb of skimmers
        2 A Oldham, Maver Barnsley, 104-10-0; peg Croft 20 (S Yorks)
        Second was Andy Oldham from Croft 20 and he fished worm and pellet for a mixed bag of carp, tench and skimmers weighing 104-10-0
        3 P McIntyre, Doncaster, 101-8-0; peg B Out 18 (S Yorks)
        Paul McIntyre was third, also with a mixed bag of carp and skimmers taken on pole and paste

        Another good Sunday turn out saw Daz Oldham come out on top with a fine display of shallow fishing using luncheon meat on the pole at 13m where he netted carp and skimmers for just over the ton mark.
        2 G Gibson, Worksop, 83-14-0; M Isl 29 (Notts)
        Gordon Gibson took second spot by concentrating on his margins today. He netted all carp up to 8lbs using
