        20th August 2017 Sunday Open Match
        Moat Pool – 69 pegs

        P Elliott, Leegem Out 63 83-6-0
        A fantastic turn out today with just shy of 70 anglers. The fish didn’t read the script though as weights were lower than expected. However this made for a close event as most anglers were in with a shout. Paul Elliott stuck to his recent method of bomb over his pole line to claim the victory today.

        Steve Donaghue took second place with carp and bream caught on pole with corn and pellets at 11m.

        Wayne Lomas edged the close third spot catching carp and bream on short pole with corn.

        19th August 2017 Saturday Open Match
        Moat Pool Outer – 21 pegs

        S Robbins, Leegem 74 119-0-0
        Steve Robbins opted for short pole tactics in the strong windy conditions today. He caught using double corn over pellets for his winning ton plus net.
        P Elliott, Leegem 61 110-7-0
        Paul Elliott fished bomb and corn at 14m to catch mainly carp for second spot today.

        Steve Clark took third place fishing the pole at 11m using banded 6mm pellets.

        18th August 2017 Friday PM Open Match
        Moat Pool – 25 pegs

        S Clark, Mansfield Out 53 145-12-0
        Dispite having a calamatous match which saw Steve in the Moat chasing his rod, he still managed the win today. Steve caught using pole and bomb with 6mm pellets.
        S Barge, Leegem Isl 40 127-3-0
        Shaun Barge took second place catching carp to 10lbs on the pole with pellet and corn.
        T Brown, Leegem Out 27 117-3-0
        Tony Brown fished bomb over hemp and pellets for third place today.
        D Newman, Leegem Out 37 98-6-0
        G Lavender, Isl 46 91-7-0

        17th August 2017 Thursday Veterans Match
        Bridge Outer/Croft – 29 pegs

        P Bagshaw, Leegem C 27 99-12-0
        Pete Bagshaw edged the win today with just short of the ton mark. Pete caught using pellet and corn on the pole.
        T Brown, Leegem B Out 9 97-1-0
        Tony Brown continued his good run of form with second place. Tony once again caught on bomb and corn over his long pole line.
        S Donaghue, Rotherham C 21 91-15-0
        Steve Donaghue took third place with a net of decent carp caught on long pole with pellets.
