        Weights continue to improve with the warmer weather and there was only 2lb separating the top 2. Andy Greig drew fancied peg 24 on moat outer and fished pellet waggler from start to finish. Alternating pellet and meat hair rigged Andy caught carp to 12lb

        With a favourable South East wind, peg 2 on the island was always going to be a premium peg today. Andy Sellars fished the margins with corn to great effect and was today’s clear winner with a nice ton plus net of carp and bream.
