how much lube to you put on your elastic

  anyone know how much lube to put on your elastic before you start fishing and what are the best lube

  Two squirts of the Fox stuff is enough.I personaly dont use anything bar water,just dip tip in water before you start pull the elastic out afew times and away to go.

  Like GUS, I dont use anything but water.

  on hollow or hydro elastics just use water on solid elastic and latex for silvers i use lube the garbolino one is good just a bit at the start then if the elastic starts to hang out add a bit more
