        hi there does any one know how keadby canal basin is fishing as i have a match on there and i was wondering how it was fshing.also what bait and type of fish theyre catching.

          if theres some colour in the canal, the skimmers and bream should feed,you should be able to catch these on any method, they like 4/ 6 mm pellets,caster , worm and maggot,do not fill it in though as this normally puts the fish off, if its clear then i would fish choppie,theres plenty of perch to be caught

              It’s been many years since i fished the Basin but when we did we spent most time on the G/Bait feeder filled with worm and castor over to the far side and sat there. If you get them they are usually quite good fish between 3lb-6lb and just give that lovely slow pull of your feeder rod. I would say if you get 20lb you will most likely frame and probably win it. Good old bream fishing !!!
