TF_Leaky Lloydi would have swapped my left giggle berry for a peg with a decent feeder chuck yesterday!!!
still had loadsa bites, just a night mare hitting em,, think i pulled out of about 12 carp though,, again,, cos of that frickin wind,, carp runs one way,, pole gets gushed the other,, not good brother,, not good!!!
i think most of the takes where from bits to be honest though,, lightning fast!!!
again though it was a good change,,!
think im gunna fish kivo when weathers better or wehn the open at astons on stable pond or split(till it starts fishing abit),, then aston if its windy!!!
i dont mind bit fishing at aston,, your fishing for the same fish as everybody else!!!!
makes a change from carp puddles,, so swapping the two will be a good mix!!!! -

TF_Dave PelletI fished it on Wednesday last week & it was a fish a bung
I was on pellet at 13m most of the time on the deck, but should have fished it shallow, there were loads of fish moving near the top (quite sunny on Wednesday) didn’t fish the method
I did hear lots of fish were showing on the 6m line, but I didn’t get that many to be honest
agree about the wind, it can get a bit hairy

TF_Leaky Lloydthink thats its saving grace really,, no need to fish too long if it is windy,, i noticed and was told not many people go past 5 meters on pole and pellet!
i fished peg 13 on friday afternoon and absolutely sacked up,, so much so,,it actually got a bit boring,,,!
easy did over a ton, probably nearer a ton 50!
wouldnt have been boring if it was a match!!!!!
i know no, that most favour the method but i wasnt to know and hammered em on jb feeder with hair rigged meat to the far bank,, as soon as feeder hit the water,, the tip was belting round,, average stamp reached about 4 or 5 lb, but if the feeder didnt land within a foot of the sticks, id wait longer for a bite!
perhaps 30 seconds or so!
PMSL!
