        Which handle would you recommend I had a prestons one for years but lost the short piece that connects to the pan and unable to get a replacement

            delbert if you go back a few pages this has been covered quite a few times [am not knocking you ] the general answer seems to be drennen or tricast personaly have had my drennen a few years now and would go nowhere else
