TF_TIDALWAVE1an idea that might/might not work.
If it is a take a part handle/or telescopic, and is jammed together due to getting wet,put it in a warm cupboard to dry it out first.if it is take a part, get 2 other people, one on each end,and one in the middle gently rocking the middle, while the others pull, not twist the other ends, similar to unsticking a jammed pole section. -

fisherman philParticipantHave tried drying it and one person at each end and one in the middle rocking but still no joy. It is a take apart(but not at the moment lol)so might end up breaking one of the sections if i can get a replacement

TF_steve rTry screwing an old rod-rest head into the end [the Boss type feeder rests are the best as they’re solid] or an old landing-net head that you don’t mind possibly getting bent as you’ll get a better force to turn the section with whilst someone holds the other end and twists in the opposite direction. If you’ve got a 3rd person available get them to direct a hair-drier onto the fused sections at the same time, as the overlapping section should expand slightly when heated up.
The other way is a long piece of dowel or metal rod inserted into the sections until it meets the threaded bit and gently tap with a hammer whilst holding the butt end of the 2nd section firmly although the end might fly off if it’s not pinned but you can always glue it and pin it afterwards ! -

TF_toplightsIs the handle stuck together, as if in use,or has it been packed into its self when wet and is stuck.?

TF_badgerParticipantI always carry a couple of anti slide mats (small rubber mesh type things you put on trays to stop plates sliding about). Its amazing how much extra grip you can put on pole sections etc, with applying to much pressure.

I have never known this not to work but can take 15mins which feels like a bleedin lifetime. Have you tried one at each end as far away as possible from the joint to allow the middle man to rotate in as big circles as you dare rather than rocking it.

Ann MayParticipantWhen you start your own fishing business an getting any problem simple come to this form and post your question on it. for example, landing net pole stuck problems are described at the papernow just like other topics also mentioned in it.

Guy RivasParticipantTotal fishing forum and portal is defined for the mid of the plants for all people. An element of the signs and Gate fences in all forms for the terms. The manual part is played for the questions for the total fishing stages for the future objectives.
