Toughy this one but here goes.
Hold your left hand (this is for right handers) with fingers straight and palm facing you.
Hold your line at one end and lie it across your fingers with at least 8″ over hanging your index finger.
Tuck in your little finger and trap the line in your palm. Wrap the line around your remaining 3 fingers once.
Tuck in the next finger to your palm (leaving your index and middle finger straight) and wrap the line around these 2 fingers once.
Pass the end of the line through the smaller loop 4-6 times whilst keeping your third finger in the big loop.
Pull the knot tight, after wetting and keeping the thrid finger in the big loop.
Trim the loose end end pull the lasoo to the size you want.
Tie onto an eyed hook using the knotless knot and Roberts your Mothers brother.
All pretty straight forward really.
