What do people use to store longer hooklengths for feeder fishing say three foot any ideas?

Had this problem a short while ago and got some EVA winders – sorted!

daiwa hooklength retainers. Can make your hooklength as long as you like.

I simply stick them on a pole winder connected hook-to-loop. To save space I usually have 2 lots on each winder. Fits nicely in winder tray too.

As above using the various sizes of fox winders. The rubber ends/buffers and the sliding retainer help keep the turns less prone to kink and enables the end of the last hooklength to fall anyway along winder.

pipe fitters grey sponge insulation, wind the HL round and use a pin to secure it.

                    Hey up Daz,

Winders are good mate but prone to kinking over time. I use the A5 zip wallets that you can rob from work (bit like what sea fisherman use for rigs). Then I coil them up like a hook to nylon (but easier to undo).

same here, then use a cut down pole top tube to store it in.~clap
