Long, strong cardboard tubes.

I’m in the process of selling my Tourny Pro in seperate sections and need some of that strong packing tube. Anyone know the best place to buy some. Is it worth asking at my local tackle shops?

I’d go to B&Q mate and get some soil waste pipe wouldnt trust cardboard to be honest

I wouldn`t go down the carpet shop feck me it would cost you 50 quid in postage on one of them tubes !

go to your local plumers merchant. get some drain pipe and just wrap the pole up in some buble wrap to stop it bouncing round inside

go to your local howdens joinery merchants matey,, they will happily give you some really strong ones which are about 2 meters long and about 7 inches wide so you will be able to bubble wrap all the sections and topkits and put them into just the one tube,, they also come with white plastic end caps!!!!
i go to them all the time for things im selling and they are only to happy to help cos they only throw them out anyway!!
ithink they use them to store wooden plinth strips or something,,but just describe what ive told you and they will know straight away!!!

Daiwa use the cardboard ones, so they must be good.
I went past a Carpet shop in Cov last week, and there were dozens out the back, all different sizes.
