        first let me say i once [about 4 years ago] won a rod in a match fishing compertion but laterly i have been going onto pole/ match and coarse fishing mags website i was wondering [ just out of fun ] if anybody on here has ever won one of the comps at the top of their pages. BEFORE anyone takes a fence this is not a dig and i am a subscriber to match fishing

                  cant remember which magazine it was but i won an Daiwa Tournament box (modulator type) when they first came out. Also won some stuff from preston on their facebook page, caption competition., so they are there to be won.

                    Some people are just luckier. They draw well, get Fisho tickets and even win matches. That’s how it is.

                      I won a box of Sonubaits stuff about 18 months ago from the weekly competition on Match Fishing Magazine’s home page.
