        Anyone using the map 501 or acolyte carp what’s your opinion mainly need it for commercials carp mainly but silvers as well.

          Mates got a 14.5m acolyte carp. brilliant bit of kit.

            Personally wouldn’t touch another Map 501 after my Lads continued problems with number 3 and four sections breaking easily. Don’t believe the pole is up to the task in hand unless you wear kid gloves.

              the acolyte carp is a great pole for the money, very strong fairly stiff with decent balance, not the lightest pole around but still useable at 14.5m, not got the 16m version but would think it would be to heavy at 16m imo.
