        I have purchased one today and already i see faults with it.I can not get the pluger to fit in between the blades.If i move the blades or plunger round the other way then it will fit but it should fit both ways round??how on the bank do you know which way round will fit.If you force it then I will damaged the blades.Thought this was suppose to be the best on the market!!!!Help??

          ive got one mate and all i have done is painted one side of the plunger and the case then it lines up every time.

            Its brand new why should you have to paint it?…

            Hearing lots of negatives regarding this cutter,glad i stuck with my tilleys imho…

              With the amount we have sold we are always going to get the odd faulty one slip through the net. The problem is due to shrinkage as the tool is cooled down. Being that the plunger heads have such a tight tolerance, sometimes they hit the blades.

              It’s a simple case of changing the plunger and the problem is solved. Simply return it to the retailer where you purchased it from, and get them to change it. If you have any problem please let me know.
