How the hell do you drive this machine properly???I just tried the map meatutter I bought, with the smallest blade they come with and in the end I got there and they are great small cubes but is there an easy way to do it?
It was very hard to cut the cubes and a right pain in the neck to clean it although I do love the small cubes it makes alnost like 2mm pellet but meat.
Finally does anyone use these small pieces on the hook?? I would imaging they are great for skimmers cheers
Without doubt the 4mm is the hardest to work with as there is more surface area on the 4mm blades than any other of the blade sizes.
It will work much better soaking the Meat in warm water before putting through the cutter, as this helps remove some of the excess fat from the meat, and softens the meat making it easier to cut.
