MAVER Match This 100k winner takes all Series.

has anybody on here applied for this series of matches at various venues across the country.
I looked on the Maver website and there looks like a lot of tickets still to be sold. Why is this??

I think i may apply as Maver are a reputable brand and i would think the money and event will defo go ahead and will not be a con because of the people backing the event.

100k 1st prize is a big event and im surprised there has not been more exposure and take up for the event.
Also, it says that if you finish 2nd in each qaulifier you get to fish a seperate one off match on the day for a 5k prize.

Thoughts please. ~think

I’ve applied for 5, will apply for more after I get my Fisho tickets if still available. It’s a long time to the matches and may sell quickly nearer the time but £50 does put a lot of people off. But relative to what you could win it’s not that expensive.

I have bought tickets for 2 the qualifiers. I think that it looks quite a good event to be honest and hope that it takes off.

You are basically paying twice the entry cost than you would to a fisho qualifier, but have the chance of winning 4 times the jackpot that is being paid out by Fisho.

I agree with Nathan, I don’t see them selling out too quickly yet, but I can see it being a sell out as people will want to ‘have a go’.

I will be buying more tickets to qualifiers as time goes on, but can’t commit to buying yet as I will be living back in England by June next year, but just not sure where yet!! Somewhere where there is some decent fishing hopefully.

i think when you consider that most opens are around 25 quid to win 200 quid. £50 to win £100,000 is about right! the good thing about this event is that you can buy tickets as and when you want, im gonna try and buy 1 a month where as the fisho tickets you have to comit in one hit

I think many people are loathe to spend £50 on a match that’s many months away. I’m sure they will sell much better nearer the dates….
