Sensor is ok, change it regularly.

daiwa tourney st – now available in 5 and 6lb though 8 is fine for most carp feeder work.

Preston power max or maver dual band pretty good for lighter feeder work.

                    Powermax or Maxima for waggler.

Dont like Sensor Im afraid – rather wiry with a lot of memory

I’ve used both. After using Sensor for a while a season or two back I went back to Maxima for all my feeder work.

I didn’t get on with the sensor too well for reasons that now escape me. the diameters are ok, found the knot strength very good though and it can take some battering ie. I used it on the Trent (incl. Tidal) boulders an all.

Used Maxima for decades and to be honest in the end came to the conclusion, if it ain’t broke don’t try and fix it.

I think at the end of the day its all about personal preference. And I know with the rods and set ups I use how far I can push the Maxima lines I use.
