We are going over for a couple of days in June and fishing Heron one day and Kingfisher the next anybody got any info on how these fish during a match?
Also whats the nightlife like at Rookley park…….

Hi Dave,

I’m going to be on the opposing team so don’t want to say too much ~shh but there’s some info on the venues on our club website here :

Basically they’re both good mixed fisheries with good heads of carp, bream and roach plus bonus tench and some big perch.

They’re by no means “commercial” fisheries so you can leave your third keepnet at home but they offer good competitive fishing as the winning weights can pretty much come from any peg and recent match wins have come from all over.
