Noticed you came 2nd at Springwood,which lake did you fish and what baits,what weight won it…back on fri,match on bottom pond on Sun..hope the weather improves !!..cheers mate.

Renarc-You enjoy the weather mate it’s rubbish over here.

We were on top lake sunday fished hard.

If i were you i would go caster and worm about 8 metres for first 3 hours then go for carp on paste in last 2 or stick with silvers if no one is catching,25-30lb will win, the way it’s fishing at the moment.

What club do you fish for?looking to join a club myself,fed up with the open circuit.

Thanks for the advice,I’m in two clubs,Malt shovel..based at Shardlow,20 members,I was last in,they fish on Saturdays,the other club is the Mount Pleasant from Castle Gresley,south Derbyshire..they fish on Sundays..from what I’ve seen of your talents the Malt would be the better club,they fish more well known venues,and are prepared to travel,but I don’t think there will be any vacancies until poss next year !!sorry…cheers.
