        Does anyone know any Pubs or bed & breakfasts near messingham sand that can cater for about 15 anglers would prefer somewhere close to a pub.

          Ayup pal, not tried any of these but you could consider:
          Ivy Lodge at Scotter
          Ferry House at East Stockwith
          Black Bull at Blyton
          Also Grange Park Golf Course smack opposite has Pine Lodges, but no doubt they want to charge the earth!
