how long a hooklength do you use and do you think it makes a difference personally 2″ for me what do you use

I use 2 to 3 inch with 0.18 or 0.20 for normal fishing and 0.25 for places like boddington and earlswood

You could store them in a Preston hook box even if they were 2.25 inches or 1.25 inches long, you just have to use the bottom set of retainers.
