Sorry Houlty I only have bad news for you – I has the same problem so ordered a spare on back order for 6 months at Leigh Bait and Tackle – then tried Davies and eventually spoke to Simon Wilsmore direct (though he no longer works with Milo gear unfortunately).

Result was no parts so I sold mine for spares last week to a load who had same issue!

I think they have also changed the spec as about a year ago I did get a replacement leg unit but the teeth on it are a slightly diffeent angle and they wouldnt bite.

so unless u get lucky you could try filing the fittings down to see if u can get them to “bite”; source another partially “dead” one for spares or I’m afraid its new roller time.

          Great rollers but very fragile.

If you need a recommendation the new Preston Mega V is very good though it wont fit in your carryall. On four legged options I have gone for the MAP flat V which is nice and stable.

If its the springs that should be straightforward enough. On mine and others what happened is the grooves that form the biting points to lock the legs wore smooth.
