Daiwa Hallcroft Tournament League (Tuesday PM)
Bridge (24 pegs)
1 S Barraclough, Maver Barnsley, 144-14-0; peg Out 42
Steve Barraclough makes fishing at Hallcroft look easy as he wins again with another ton plus weight of carp. Steve fished the margins with corn over goundbait to catch fish to 10lbs plus in his winning net.
2 A Lakey, Worksop, 77-10-0; peg Out 35
Andy Lakey took the close second place with some nice carp and bream, also caught mainly from the margins but using meat as well as corn.
3 N Speed, Middy Dynamite, 76-0-0; peg isl 5
Nick Speed fished the pole shallow at 13m and finished third with a nice mixed net of carp and skimmers.
4 D Oldham, MAP Leegem, 62-0-0; 5 P Miles, Lindholme, 55-5-0

This weeks veteran’s match saw decent weights from all around the lake, with fifty per cent of the field catching in excess of 50lbs. Reg Turner came out on top with a great mixed net of carp and silvers all caught shallow on the long pole using luncheon meat.
2 R Redwood, Heron, 85-8-0; peg out 54
Ray Redwood took second with a net of carp and big bream taken from the margins using corn and expander pellet over feed pellet.
3 G Lilley, MAP Leegem, 84-8-0; peg out 74
Graham Lilley was edged into third spot by just ounces fishing meat on the pole at 12m to catch carp and skimmers.
4 D Lawson, Leeds, 77-4-0; 5 R Brooks, Hallcroft, 77-2-0; 6 K Pacey, Gainsborough, 68-8-0

1 S Barraclough, Maver Barnsley, 254-11-0; peg island 30
Steve Barraclough smashed the venue record today with another 200lb plus weight, this time putting 254-11-0 on the scales. Fishing from Moat island 30 Steve caught early on with meat shallow then switched to the edge for the last 2 hours taking a total of 37 carp and some skimmers

Nick Speed was also on the island. His 143-0-0 was taken on short pole fishing up in the water with meat for skimmer bream and carp

1 A Kinder, Maver Barnsley, 194-9-0; peg Out 15 (S Yorks)
Andy Kinder recorded his top weight at Hallcroft to win this Saturday’s open falling just one carp short of the 200lbs mark. Andy fished shallow on the pole at 13m using cubed luncheon meat on the hook as well as loose feeding it, to catch mainly carp in his magnificent winning net.
2 L Sears, Daiwa, 120-0-0; peg Isl 9 (Notts)
Luke Sears took second spot fishing a combination of shallow waggler and shallow pole throughout the match with banded pellet and meat as baits and landed carp to 9lbs.
3 N Speed, Middy Dynamite, 102-7-0; peg B Isl 15 (S Yorks)
Nick Speed’s third place net also reached the ton mark, but Nick’s weight was made up of mainly skimmers bream with the odd bonus carp all taken on the long pole with meat.
