Just a quick note to thank nick for my floats which turned up this morning, after spending almost 70 quid on them i was well happy when i just got home to some shinny new floats in less than a week, this is the first time i have bought hand made floats but after borrowing a couple at the recent bait-tec festival i just had to have some as they are superb for what i wanted them for and almost indistructable. ~clap ~clap ~clap ~clap ~clap

I agree, the finishing is top rate and they look very strong. Not actually used mine yet though.

the best bit of advice for viaduct is draw on some fish mate there is going to be some s**t peg in that bag, i do think the fish will be out of range of the pole (bar edge pegs) and start of nice and gentle with the feed mate, if they are in front of you, you dont need to give them loads good luck mate hope you draw a flyer

Thanks for the comments, am pleased you all like the floats

Ive been working on/testing two new patterns a classic teardrop shaped body that will make a good all-round float. These will have a wire and glass stem option.

Another idea I can’t take credit for, I had a guy ask me to produce a drift beater type float with a long tip and these are the first one built to his spec that will be tested over the next few weeks, they have a 0.8mm glass tip running into a hollow plastic bristle.

Should that be 0.8mm ~think LOL
