        Could anyone give me any advice on bying a 16mtr pole I have £850 to get one as ive never owned a 16mtr pole cheers guys.ps ive only just joined this forum

          My advice would be to get yourself a second hand pole. For £850 you could probably pick up a decent original Daiwa Tournament Proffessional or a Garbolino Super G10. Both stunning poles. I wouldnt have minded either of these for my first 16m pole.

            Agree with what Jamie said, you can get a good second hand flagship pole for that money and it will be better than anything new.

              This advice is bang on…….tried and trusted ex flagships are the way to go with £850 to spend

              Jamie to be fair wasnt a TP and a G10 your 3rd, 6th, 8th, 9th, 13th, 17th, 18th, 19th and 23rd pole oh and a G10 is your current 77th pole!

                To be fair Ian, your not far off the truth haha. Although my current pole, the magnificent Garbolino m1 is stunning.

                  Well fisherman Ive seen a lot of garbolino 796 about and at up to 16 m they seem fair . Happy shopping!!! 🙂
