        Has anyone got the 4000 size if so how do they compare to the 4000FA Stradic in terms of winding power and smoothness?
        Thinking of getting a pair for Method/straight lead at places like Boddingtons.

            Just got mine at the weekend. (4000DL)

            Compared it to the Stradic 4000 FC, which blows it out of the water for smoothness and the baitrunner does have a slightly slower retrieve than the Stradic.

            Saying that, the clutch feels good and the smaller size does make it feel less like a traditional baitrunner.

            Got mine for fishing Makins in winter where you might get 1 bite on bomb and corn in 5 hours!!

            Paid £63.99 from Bob Co with the 20% off this month.

            Might still get a Stradic 4000FC as they are a fantastic bit of kit.

              As andy has said the Stradic is a quicker retrieve and def smoother. You would expect that though considering the stradic is double the price. I used my 4000DL’s for all my bomb fishing before my op and cant fault them. Baitrunner system is very smooth and easy to operate also.
