        Nice to see several anglers young and old on the Nene at Oundle yesterday did anyone do any good on opening day or hear anything?

          Heard that there was a 14lb barbel out from the Nene.

            I had 3 chub on my local river on corn and meat, biggest around 8oz 😎

              30lb needed to frame on the river Yare, and 30lb was only good enough to win one of the sections.

              Worst section was won with 15lb.

              Just to add, I think it was a 100 pegger, on a tidal river, mid-week, and several of the regulars, myself included, couldn’t make it because of work.
