How do you know he’s spent fortunes on trying to get injunctions??

Because somebodys told you or do you work for the courts who are giving the injunction?? No thought not. I can’t see why they would be granted an injunction, Terry didn’t get his and this was about the same time so it’s not for Englands sake is it!

We all know the names it’s comman knowledge, it’s all over the internet, Liverpool and Manchester. But untill it’s proven it’s all rumour.

He hasn’t tried to get injunctions, he has got injunctions. Seek and you will find. Terry DID get an injunction that was eventually lifted on appeal, do your homework.

Liverpool is the smallest big city in the world and in much the same way everyone knew Sean Mercer had killed Rhys Jones most people in Liverpool can tell you the girls (plural) names. Likewise the bouncer/gangster name is common knowledge as is Currans’ form, the (MODERATED) is probably slanderous, the ‘involvement’ with some unsavoury people isn’t.

No it’s not. The injunctions are on record but you obviously don’t know where or how to look. Terrys’ injunction stood for months before it was lifted and it was lifted mainly because even he couldn’t afford the kind of legal fees necessary to stall it again. The same is going to to happen with Gerrard hence, “Welcome to Madrid senor Gerrard……”
