can anyone suggest the best catty for fishing the pellet waggler 8 to 10mm pellets, use a drennan at the moment.~think

after trying lots of different puts over the years and having to change elastics/pouch’s every week I found the best ones consist of a drennan match catapult frame with drennan black groundbait elastic and a pouch that has metal eyelets this is the only compination we have found that lasts more that a couple of sessions

Drennan match catty – change the elastic to black Hydro and re-inforce with cable ties on the pins.

Guru new catapult should be in the shops in a couple of weeks, adjustable elastic for different tensions.

That will be interesting. Every previous catty I have seen that claimed adjustable elastics has been rubbish. IMO the only answer is to carry several with different lengths that feed different distances. I remain to be convinced about this new catty, and the proof will be in the longevity of the elastic used. But would like to see one….

BEEN WELL PLEASED WITH preston one with blue laccy will fire 8s and tens all day long ,tens will make the bomb line easy, strong laccy aint the way
