  It’s colour coded so that you can see what elastic is what in regard of strength.

  So what r like the heavy n light elastic colours?

  The same strength elastic isn’t all the same colour, for example a fox match no.6 elastic is yellow but for another brand it might be pink.
  
  The higher number of elastic the stronger it is.

  how would like a red (yes color coded!) royal mail elastic band, correspond to elastic ratings?
  
  Would that be considered a heavy or light elastic?
