  Ive heard numerous things on this subject and want clarification can you use pulla kits at white acres in festivals?

  There allowed they have to be really one minute your catching F1s next 10lbers !

  i doubt it really……
  as the only comercialy available (legally) is preston, and there pullbungs take up most the market too! sponsor clint????
