        anybody tried them for other uses apart from bomb/method ie polepellet wag ?

          Had some good 30-40lb catches of roach shallow last summer using them. Tried a few things but the best was a floatless rig with a small bulk to tighten the line against the pole tip to aid in the hooking against the pole. Not sure how effective they would be with a slack line and strike – think they are designed more for hooking against a bit of resistance?
