        i find most of the meat that i riddle floats, how can i stop this.

          try freezing it after you’ve riddled it this should break down the fat content enough for it to sink. Keep it in a bit of water on the bank and keep turning it over in the water to prevent it from drying out and floating.

            Just add water and wash it round in your hands. Fine then. Some fat will still float but thats not a problem…
