TF_punchcrumbPurchased the Ringers pellet pump and after looking on you tube at Phils instructions I realised that my pump did not come with any of the rubber grommet things.
Are they now supplying these without the rubber grommets? they do say they are not required on Phils video and they are not mentioned on the instruction leaflet that comes with the pump.
Phil did point out that the pump operates perfectly without the rubber grommet just wondering if they are no longer including them as a matter of course. -

TF_punchcrumbNot had my pump long but I cannot get the pellets to sink with the ease that Its shown on the online videos.
Since I bought mine I have heard mixed reviews some say brilliant others not , the pump mechanisms are readily available on e bay and amazon relatively cheaply but If they arent up to scratch for £20 I think you would be seeking a replacement 😀 -

Try von chef stainless steel wine pump on e bay but there are loads of different outlets selling
these on e bay and amazon at various prices but beware some are sellers based abroad so could be long winded.
But if you have the base vessel and the screw cap and need a spare or replacement you can get one fairly cheaply, not sure if ringers sell spare parts or not. -

TF_rb211cheers for that they are cheap on ebay don’t think ringers sell the vessel and screw cap and not sure what they would be listed on ebay I think the prototype vessel comes from plumbing

TF_CraigHI’ve had mine for 12 months now and never got it to work. With work in the week, and voluntary stuff, coaching kids at the weekends, I just haven’t got round to sorting it out.
I’ll get round to stripping it down to find the fault one day  -
