        Hi All
        week 2/7/12 to 8/7/12

Continuing rainfall has risen water levels this week and put some colour in the water . This has had an effect in improving bank fishing with the fish coming closer in to the margins.
Fish are feeding in the top layers and good hatches of damsels and small buzzers on better days.Again imitative patterns accounting for most fish with damsel nymphs,PTN,GRHE,and diawl bach being most successful.Plenty of splendid rainbows to 3lb featuring in catches from bank and boat and those prepared to fish smaller flies catching well. The mornings have been most productive this week.
Stocking continues this week and weed cutting is in progress although the weed is not the problem it has been in previous seasons to date.

43 anglers caught 76 rainbows and 1 brown with 39 rainbows and 1 brown returned safely

        Best Areas:Boat-Deeps,Mill Corner,Lodge Frontage
        :Bank-Addington Road,Lodge Platforms,Deeps

        Best Patterns:Damsel Nymphs,PTN,GRHE,Diawl Bach,CDCs,Shipmans and Hoppers

        Best Regards
