Ringstead has had quite a mixed week, but the average turned out at 2 per rod.
Best fish of the week went to Bob Symes (Geddington) a lovely 5 1/2 pounder plus 4 at 3lb a piece.
Paul Shepherd (Bedford) his largest 5 1/4lbs and 4 others weighing 12lbs.
Martin Kelly (Geddington) 5 at 2lb a piece.
Mike Wibberley (Milton Keynes) 4 for 10lbs.
Nick Wright (Northampton) a full bag of 2 1/2 ponders all released.
Father and son, The Robinsons from Raunds had a great day with both catching their limits which were all released.
Best Areas:
Sand Bank, Front of Lodge and The Deeps.
Best Flies:
Black Buzzer, Hares Ear, Damsel Nymph, Foam Tail Blob.
Please Note: Weed cutting and lifting is in operation, but still plenty of room for fishing. Good rises throughout the day into evening.
