With a very warm week, fishing has been harder and we take our hats off to all our anglers who braved the heat with some surprising catches.
Nigel Cheetham (Oundle) caught a lovely rainbow @ 6lbs. (Photo attached) plus a 4.5 oz brown trout, both in great condition. Caught on a tricolour fritz damsel.
Mike Wibberley ( Northampton) had a full limit of 3 pounders
