With the weather very mixed, with high winds, boats were unable to go out, but fishing was excellent from the bank on those days.
Phil Koris (Bedford) caught the 13lb tagged fish, but could not collect the large cash prize as he had not put his £1 in the jar !!, but later on he managed to hook a 9 pounder (returned) plus 4 for 9 lbs.
Bob Broomhall (Bedford) caught another 9 pounder (released) and a bag of 3 for 7 lb.
Dave Strudwick (Burton Latimer) a 5 3/4 lb fish in lovely condition plus 21 fish released.
Reg Bellham (Northampton) 5 for 12lbs.
Jim Somers (Earls Barton) 5 for 12 1/2 lbs.
It was nice to see a few youngsters taking an interest in fishing this week.
Phillippa Melrose (Leicester) aged 12 years was fishing with her Dad and landed 5 for 11 lb.
Also, Owen Wright 10 years old (Leicester) had a 5lb fish.

Buzzer (Black) red or white cheek, Bloodworm, Montana, Diawl Back, Damsel Gold Head.
Best Areas:
Willow Bay, Addington Road and Front of Lodge.
