Ringstead was a bit hard going at the start of the week, but picked up again midweek.
A beautiful Brown Trout weighing 5lb 12oz was caught by Paul Head from Kettering (photo attached) caught on a Green Damsel.
Philip Baughn from Uppingham, caught nine at 2 1/2lb a piece.
Mike Wibberley from Milton Keynes, caught 4 at 3lb a piece.
Adrian Green from Milton Keynes, had a good day catching 7 fish, with 3 weighing 9lbs.
Best Flies:
Bloodworm, Hares ear, Orange Blob, White Cheek Buzzer, Diawl Back (red & neon) and Pheasant Tail.
Best Areas fishing well.
Addington Road, Mill Corner and The Deeps.
