87 anglers caught 322 fish of which 155 were returned

4lb 8oz Gary Winkle, Rushden, grhe
Best Areas
Bank – lodge bank
Boat – between sandbank and deeps, in front of lodge
Best Patterns
black buzzer, diawl bach, grhe, suspender buzzer, montana
Sedge hatches during the evening and early morning sees fish moving close in but once the sun is out the fish move out over deeper water feeding on damsels.

79 anglers caught 232 fish of which 149 were returned

4lb 9oz Gene Robinson, Raunds, black buzzer, boat
Best Areas
Bank – sandbank, deeps, riverside
Boat – deeps
Best Patterns
white lure, damsel, black buzzer, grhe
Damsels still hatching and there are plenty of inch long fry which the fish are starting to take.
Plenty of 2-3lb fish in superb condition being caught.
