AnonymousDepends what pegs really but here’s a general overview , depth 10-12ft at 11-13 metres where balling groundbait and fishing pinkie hemp big maggot all work 8-10 jaffas is a good start . Lots of bites to be had from roach and skimmers with the odd bigger bream thrown in on some pegs . Perch on maggot or worm . Some big tench to be had down the side fishing worm . There are also lots of pike which can be a nuisance . You don’t have to fish to light and your float size can vary from .5 to 2g depending on what you want it to do , the trick is to find out what the bigger fish want , that can be caster or hemp if u get it right 8-10 ld is a good silvers weight but that can be 20-30ld if the bream turn up. Groundbait feeder mid river can work if you want to sit it out , but the roach sport can be so good it seems a waste. You will want top 5 to fully explore your swim .
Hope this helps -

AnonymousAbove applies mate not so many bigger fish normally show that end and a short walk from parking , some pegs on reed beds which get you a little further out than the natural bank . When you fishing as river clear at the mo 10ld would be a good weight of them pegs but most should catch might be worth holding your float back still for the odd skimmer

"H"…Participantsounds like sutton, pole best usually, floats between 1&2 gr,its deep so make your rigs on a top 5,you want a 13mt line with groundbait maybe a couple of balls to start with and feed a bit of hemp over the top with caster,a 5mt line for the pearch, and a feeder just incase, its full of small roach and skimmers, hope this helps, good luck
