A Russian newspaper has infuriated anglers by printing a “rough guide” to the best lakes in England where Eastern European immigrants can steal fish.

The guide, in Russian language newspaper Angliya which is based in London – lists four lakes for catching carp for food , used in a traditional fish soup in Eastern Europe.
