Anyone else having problems using the Search?

I keep getting the following message:

“An error occured in the database”

You used to be able to search for things and only occationally you get that error.

Now though, its an error every single time!!

It’s only worked for me once, every other time it never worked.

That’s weird, it works fine for me.

I just typed in ‘prestons’ and got a whole load of results.

Are you guys serious – is it not working.

Or maybe that’s the message you get if there are no results, which is not right in itself.

                  Please advise….

It’s been doing that for a while, sometimes you’ll get a search straight away and other times it’s will say error. Most of the time i just give up and search on another site for the info, much easier and less frustrating.

That’s just weird – and very frustrating.

Every time I search I get a long list of results.

I’ve just typed in ‘preston’ and got this:

Problem is with web developers is that if they can’t recreate the problem, they can’t fix it.

What browsers are you all using – I’m in IE at the moment.

                                  Geeps,

You’re showing results from the site search i.e. the “search” that’s on the “Carp Fishing Fly Fishing Sea Fishing” etc line of the screen

To search inside the forums you need to use the search that’s on the line that says “Logged in as” etc i.e you have to be inside discussion forums. That’s the search that doesn’t work
