Just looking for peoples opinions on it. For thoese who’ve tried it, is it worth getting to replace the top part of a series 4 pole for carp bagging?

I have a 3664, feels a bit too light a pole for carp bagging so has never seen a commercial but I am fed up of having a full 16m maver distinction kicking around for carping.

I did think about a 764, or xl76, but frankly I wasn’t much more impressed them that my 3664. They are both heavier, the 764 feelis about the same stiffness, the xl 76 is stiffer but god the butt sections are really thick diameter, and it would mean carrying around two holdalls.

Half though about the new 114 power match too, but think it weould be somewhat unweidly. Don’t need a 16m, as I never fish commercial matches and rarely fish at 14.5, let alone 16.

Anyone got any advice, opinions on what option might be best. Won;t be changing from sensas though, love their poles!!

I own a Sensas 774 and brought a 210 as the tops are interchangeable , it gets loads of use during the summer, I brought the pole blind on reccomendation and its far lighter and better balanced than I was expecting. basically any fishing thats at 11m or shorter out comes the 210

Cheers mate, think a 210 it may well be. How does it handle when you stick the 13m section plus of the main pole on the end? Obvs not as well balanced as the 774, but is it still fishable?
